I received this product for free from Moms Meet (momsmeet.com) to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.

I’m not even going to pretend, I LOVE these probiotics. I felt like Miguel from COCO when he says “I thought it might have been one of those made-up things, that adults tell kids, like vitamins.” #MomLife

I’ve always known vitamins/probiotics are good for you but I’ve never felt the true effect. I started taking the Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics and within a week noticed less bloating, clearer mind, and belly comfort.

I don’t want to get too technical about all the goodness in these supplements, because you can read all about it here on their website. But, here are a few fast facts about Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics.

  • Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics is an all-natural, superior pro-biotic developed to support digestive comfort, nutrient absorption, and a healthy immune system.
  • Dr. Ohhira’s award-winning formula is a wholefood supplement consisting ONLY of carefully harvested natural crops (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and seaweed) and the most crucial component—the luxury of time. Through fermentation time permits nature to transform the earth’s bounty into a probiotic formula that nourishes and balances the body’s bacterial population promoting a positive impact on every aspect of your family’s health
  • Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics are not cultured or grown in a laboratory like most other probiotic products. Natural crops and spring water are fermented* for three years with 12 distinctive probiotic strains that encourage your body’s innate ability to grow its own friendly bacteria.

I don’t have a ton of knowledge about other brands of probiotics but when I posted these on Instagram, I got so many messages saying this brand is their favorite! They can be a little pricy but honestly, it’s your health and is TOTALLY worth the price. Think about it, you can get a pack of 60 here on Amazon for $39.43 which is only $0.65 per probiotic! I know that’s cheaper than your daily Starbucks, girlfriend.

You can also pick them up at your local health store – check out the list here!

My favorite “side effect” of using these probiotics twice a day is the noticeable lack of bloating. But, I know that having a healthy gut is about SO much more than just looking good in skinny jeans…. okay, mom jeans. Whatever. Since school is starting and kids are like little petri dishes of germs, it’s super important to be proactive about staying healthy. There are over 70 percent of immune system cells in the digestive tract and Dr. Ohhira is here to help keep you on track. Knock on wood we power through the year with minimal colds.

Yes, I was offered these probiotics to review and yes I loved them but if I hadn’t, you wouldn’t see them on this page. I am genuinely impressed with the product and am dreading the day that my freebie allotment runs out! I might as well just stock up now.
