Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotic Kampuku Beauty Bar

Award-Winning and pH Balancing: For Face and Body

Our award-winning Kampuku Beauty Bar is appropriate for both face and body. Suitable for daily use, Kampuku deodorizes naturally and leaves the skin radiant looking and moisturized. A vegetable-based product, Kampuku is handcrafted using a traditional Japanese method that combines vegetable glycerin and plant oils with Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotic extract. During use, these moisturizing substances evenly dissolve into the skin – creating a mild, but effective cleansing effect. All-natural and gentle enough for baby, Kampuku is recommended for the entire family and all skin types, but especially useful for dry and sensitive skin.

Shaving Tips to Avoid Dreaded ‘Razor Rash’

Lather and shave with the Kampuku Beauty Bar. The probiotic strains balance the skin’s pH and help prevent razor bumps and burn. Razor rash is a common occurrence that happens when less helpful strains take up residence in the microscopic nicks caused by shaving.

Proper lubrication also prevents razor burn. Shaving usually works best when the area is coated with a pH balancing soap, gel or lotion. Such products moisten the skin and soften the hair while also serving as a friction-reducing barrier between the skin and the razor.

Many people also begin by washing the area to be shaved in warm water. Skin that is either unwashed or splashed with cold water tends to constrict, which makes it more sensitive to irritation. Warmer temperatures, on the other hand, can promote relaxation, which leads to plasticity and reduced resistance.

Application Tip

Use Kampuku to suds up a cloth, apply soapy washcloth to face and use hands to massage soap onto face. Leave on face for several minutes to allow for greater penetration.
