Thank you for your interest in our products and for shopping at EssentialFormulas.com. We are confident that our products will be of great benefit in your healthcare programs. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic (US) Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $50.00 after all discounts have been applied. For orders that do not meet this minimum level, there will be a flat shipping fee of $9.00 per order. Same day shipping is typically available for orders placed before 3:00 pm (Central Time – CT) Monday through Friday. Orders that are placed after 3:00 pm (CT) Monday through Friday will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS (requires a full street address – no PO box addresses). You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International

EssentialFormulas.com currently ships to addresses within the US, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO address only. For International orders – please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made. All international fees imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import duties, VAT, etc.)

Damages

All efforts are taken to package and ship your order so that it arrives safely to you. Should you experience any damage to your order, please document (and take photos, if possible) of your shipment and notify our customer service department – (800) 430-6180 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time – Monday to Friday – at other times please leave a message or contact us via e-mail: info@essentialformulas.com). Please save all packaging and products so that we can assist in refunding or replacing your product.
