Employee Spotlight: Chad Craig, Graphic Designer

Meet Chad Craig, the creative force behind much of EFI’s eye-catching packaging and advertising. Since joining the team in 2021, Chad has brought a fresh perspective and a passion for design that shines through every project he touches.

Crafting Visual Stories at EFI

As EFI’s Graphic Designer, Chad spends his days immersed in the world of visuals. He focuses primarily on package design and advertisements, using tools like Photoshop and other design software to create and edit images for EFI’s diverse range of products. “A typical day usually involves using Photoshop and other computer programs to create and edit images for the various products here at EFI,” Chad shares.

Inspired by Passionate People

For Chad, the best part of working at EFI is the people. “Working with people who are passionate about the products they work with” motivates him and makes each day rewarding. The collaborative, enthusiastic environment fuels his creativity and drive.

Proud Projects and Creative Puzzles

One of Chad’s favorite aspects of his job is the packaging design challenge. “I’ve enjoyed working on the packaging for some of the products here at EFI, and trying to figure out how to incorporate all the pieces has been an interesting puzzle,” he explains. Finding the perfect balance between form and function is a task he finds both stimulating and satisfying.

A Love for Nature and Creativity

You might be surprised to learn that, despite his artistic focus, Chad enjoys the outdoors and nature even if he doesn’t get to spend as much time there as he’d like. Outside of work, his creativity flourished through art, drawing, and making things. Recently, he’s discovered a new passion: 3D printing. “I’ve been having fun printing little figures and models,” he says.

A Fresh Perspective on Natural Health

Since joining EFI, Chad’s appreciation for natural health has grown. “Taking care of your health is important, and approaching health with as many tools as possible is a great way to ensure that you are taking care of yourself,” he reflects.

A Memorable Milestone

One of Chad’s most memorable moments at EFI was seeing his work come to life. “When we got the first shipment of product that had packaging I designed, it will always be something memorable for me.” It’s a proud milestone that marks his impact on the company and the products our customers love.
