I am writing to thank you and inform you that Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics solved a frustrating problem for us with our dog, Annie.

Annie is a Bichon Frise, and she had issues with a condition known as “Tear Staining,” which causes reddish-brown eye discharge that stains the fur beneath her eyes. This is a fairly common issue in dogs of this breed. It was very noticeable and unappealing since Annie is white. I researched various options to address the problem and found that some dog and cat tear stain products at that time contained the antibiotic tylosin tartrate. This worried me because I try to avoid antibiotics whenever possible. 

Since antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria, I decided to try Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics. I was delighted that they cleared up the tear-staining pretty quickly. It’s been an excellent, safe solution that is good for Annie. I put one capsule in her food bowl every morning and have had no further issues.
