Employee Spotlight: Mayra Salinas – Packaging and Fulfillment Associate

Every team member at Essential Formulas Incorporated (EFI) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality probiotic supplements to our customers. This month, we’re excited to spotlight Mayra Salinas, who has been an integral part of our Packaging and Fulfillment team since 2013.

Mayra joined EFI in search of stability and a friendly work environment. Knowing the company’s founder, she felt assured that EFI was the right fit for her. Throughout the years, Mayra has found happiness in her role, particularly her camaraderie with her colleagues. “I love working here because I can practice my English and feel like my coworkers are my friends,” she says.

One of Mayra’s most memorable milestones at EFI is profoundly personal and inspiring. While working here, she achieved a life-changing goal: becoming an American citizen. She credits the Schoor family’s support in helping her study for the citizenship exam, which is a testament to EFI’s culture of care and encouragement.

As a Packaging and Fulfillment Associate, Mayra ensures that every product is well-packaged and delivered on time. She contributes directly to EFI’s mission of providing premium probiotic supplements to customers, and her dedication helps maintain the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Outside work, Mayra enjoys simple pleasures like shopping, watching TV, and spending time with her family. These activities bring balance to her life and reflect her warm personality.

When asked if she would trade roles with anyone in the company for a day, Mayra confidently said no. “I am happy where I am at the company,” she affirms. Her satisfaction with her work highlights her passion and commitment to her position.
