Meet Jon Plott, a dedicated Essential Formulas Incorporated (EFI) team member for an impressive 19 years. As the Fulfillment Director, Jon is pivotal in ensuring that EFI’s high-quality probiotic supplements reach customers efficiently and accurately.

A Journey Inspired by Family and Teamwork
Jon’s journey with EFI began thanks to his sister, Amy McClain, who introduced him to the Schoor family. Initially helping out after his other job, Jon quickly became an integral part of the team. When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Jon highlights the freedom and camaraderie he shares with his colleagues in the fulfillment department. “The team I work with in fulfillment makes it all worthwhile,” he says.

Celebrating Longevity and Memorable Experiences
For Jon, one of the most rewarding aspects of his career has been the stability and opportunities for growth over nearly two decades. Reflecting on his time at EFI, he cherishes the relationships he’s built and the experiences he’s gained through travel and collaboration. “Knowing I’ve had a meaningful job for 19 years and meeting incredible people along the way is something I’m truly grateful for,” Jon shares.

Jon believes that every role in the fulfillment department is equally essential to EFI’s mission of delivering premium probiotic supplements. He emphasizes that their hard work ensures same-day shipping and order accuracy, which are vital to customer satisfaction. “Without our efforts, we wouldn’t be able to provide such reliable service to our customers,” he adds.

Outside of work, Jon is involved in his community and family life. He enjoys coaching youth football, fishing, golfing, and dedicating time to helping his daughter grow into a strong and compassionate individual.
