Ensuring Excellence Every Day

Cecilia’s role is vital to EFI’s promise of delivering quality products. She oversees all incoming products, ensuring they meet rigorous standards before being sent to our customers. “My job involves activities such as sampling, testing, and documenting to prevent any issues that might affect the safety or performance of our product,” she explains.

Building Genuine Connections

When asked about her favorite part of working at EFI, Cecilia doesn’t hesitate: “My favorite part about working at EFI is the genuine friendships I’ve built.” For her, the workplace is more than just a job—it’s a community.

Organizing for Success

Cecilia takes pride in bringing structure and clarity to EFI’s operations. She has played a key role in organizing Standard Procedures for various roles within the company. “I truly enjoy organizing and streamlining things — whether it’s projects or processes — and find it fulfilling to bring structure and clarity where it’s needed,” she shares. She finds the process of testing and documenting both challenging and rewarding, noting its positive impact on team efficiency.

A Multilingual World Traveler

Many might be surprised to learn that Cecilia was born in Brazil and speaks Portuguese. She’s also fluent in Spanish and knows a bit of Japanese, reflecting her diverse background and love for languages.

Passions Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys a variety of creative and relaxing hobbies, including decorating, sewing, gardening, cooking, and baking. She cherishes time spent with her family and her new puppy, Kaki.

A Personal Connection to Natural Health

Natural health has always been close to Cecilia’s heart, especially since her husband has worked in the supplement industry for over 45 years. “It feels meaningful to be part of a company whose mission aligns with the values we’ve embraced at home,” she says.

A Memorable Beginning

One of Cecilia’s most cherished memories at EFI is her first visit when she met Michael and JoLen Schoor. “It was a wonderful experience that left a lasting impression. Over time, they became like family to us—our home away from home. We truly cherish their friendship, which remains one of the greatest highlights of living in Texas.”
