From the very beginning, I had the extraordinary privilege of building this company alongside my father, Michael Schoor, my mother, JoLen Schoor, and my sister, Marty. Together, we shared a vision rooted in family values, a passion for delivering quality, and a mission to improve lives. That foundation gave our company its soul and shaped the culture we’ve carried forward every day since.

In recent years, we’ve faced profound loss with the passing of two of our beloved founders—my father, Michael, and my mother, JoLen—as well as our dedicated General Manager, Jack Speer. Their leadership, wisdom, and unwavering belief in what we were building remain with us always. Their legacy lives on in our work, our principles, and in every milestone, we continue to reach.
