Kat James, radio personality and noted author of The Truth About Beauty and renowned inside-out transformation expert will be signing her best-selling book on Thursday, October 14th at 12 pm. And on Friday, October 15th at 1 pm, nutrition expert and New York Times best-selling author, Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D. will be signing, Fat Flush for Life, her follow up to the hugely popular The Fat Flush Plan. Both events will take place at Essential Formulas booth #2415.
