Essential Formulas Return Policy

At Essential Formulas, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our probiotic and wellness formulations, we maintain strict return standards to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

Return Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for products purchased directly from EssentialFormulas.com.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Products Only)

To be eligible for a refund, products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and sealed
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products under standard policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
  • Empty packaging or fully consumed products.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or handling.
  • Products returned without authorization.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of all products we distribute.

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be approved in advance.

To request a return:

  • Contact Customer Service at: info@essentialformulas.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without an RMA will not be processed.

Shipping & Handling

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Step 1 – Returns are inspected upon receipt (typically within 10–14 business days)

Step 2 – If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

Quality Commitment

Because our products are ingestible and sensitive to environmental conditions, we are unable to restock or resell any opened items. These standards help ensure that every customer receives products that meet our strict quality and safety expectations.
